The fee for adults is £275, please seee the teens and students page for discounts for those under 21.

This payment will give you all the instructions you need to take the in-depth assessment. It also covers your 31 page report and your 90 minute - 2hour feedback discussion.  You also get a complimentary additional booklet - Highlands Explored, the most effective reference book for you to get the most out of the assessment. No other Highlands Affiliate offers you this!

Plus you get a full month of follow up to answer any questions you may have on how the results relate to your job or possible new careers.

Receive materials

The instructions are emailed and can be posted on request. You will then take the assessment online. It's extremely rare for anyone to have a problem with the assessment, but occaisionally there are software conflicts, these will be dealt with promptly and if it happens outside of normal working hours contact Denise on the mobile number provided.

Complete Highlands Battery

You will need about 3 1/2 hours in total, but you can split this over a few sessions. Do make sure that you are not too tired when you complete the assessments as you want to perform at your best. If you feel you have misread instructions or been interrupted let Denise know immediatly so relevant action can be taken.

Scoring of assessments

Your results are compared with the thousands of people who have completed the HAB. It is not better or worse to score high or low in any particular test, we want you to understand your natural talents (and areas where you have less talent). This is not a competition to see who gets the best grades. 

Receive report on your ability assessment

You will download a 30-page report on the Highlands Ability Battery, which analyses your scores on each work sample and converts the scores to percentiles. If you would prefer to have a printed copy posted to you let Denise know. The report begins with a summary bar chart, which shows your percentiles at a glance. The rest of the report describes each work sample, the meaning of each result and the significance, to you, of each result.  Sample report >>

Arrange feedback appointment

Schedule your 90 minute - 2 hour feedback session. This can take place in person or by phone. You can ask questions, get in-depth explanations for any confusing issues, or just learn more about what your results mean for you. As you read the report, make a note of any questions you may have.

Feedback session

At the appointed time you call is for a telephone conference call, or meet at the agreed location. Denise will call you if you have a UK land line.  We do an in-depth discussion of your report, talk over any issues you are trying to resolve, and suggest specific careers that will best express your strengths. If you are in mid career we help you to diagnose and understand what is not working in your current job.  

Then what?

How much does it cost?

Adults:

If you are aged between 15 and 20 there is a £25 reduction. Please see the teens and students page for your special student options.

Group feedback sessions may be available where there is sufficient demand. You would, receive your individual report and get your feedback in a group of 3-10 people. The introductory price will be £165

Are there any extra costs involved?

The only other cost to you is the phone call for your telephone feedback call, the call can often be made from our end (there are some very cheap phone providers in the UK)
